Redeem your discount
Want to book a new holiday? Simply log in to your account to use your credit. Click on “I use my credit” before you pay for your new stay. It's that simple.
And guess what? You will receive another 10% cashback discount. It never stops! 😉Your credit is available from the first day after the end of your previous vacation and is only valid for a new stay taking place before September 30, 2025.
The total cost of your new stay must be at least three times the amount of credit on your account. Example: if you have a balance of €100, you can book a stay with a total cost of at least €300.
The 10% cashback discount is calculated on the rental price of the accommodation. Booked extras, service fees, cleaning fees, insurances, surcharges and other costs are not included. The maximum discount you can receive is €300.

For every reservation at Vacansoleil, you receive 10% of the rental price of the accommodation back in the form of credit, up to a maximum of €300. You can then use this amount as a discount on a new booking. Your credit becomes available at the end of your stay and can be used for a new booking from that moment on. Please note that the stay of your new booking must take place before September 30, 2025. The total amount of the reserved accommodation must be at least 3 times the value of your credit. Here are two examples:
Your available balance is €50. The value of the booked accommodation must be at least €150 to use the discount, and the stay must take place before September 30, 2025.
Your available balance is €100. The value of the booked accommodation must be at least €300 to use the discount, and the stay must take place before September 30, 2025.
Easy, right?
Your credit is available from the first day after the end of your previous holiday and is only valid for a new stay that takes place before September 30, 2025.
As soon as you make a booking, we hold your credit until the end of your stay. Once your holiday is over, the credit becomes available in your piggy bank. You can now use your credit for a new booking, provided the stay takes place before September 30, 2025.
Log in to your account and click on “I use my credit” before making the payment. In the price overview, you will see that the credit is deducted from the amount to be paid.
The amount in my piggy bank is less than 10% of the booked stay.

The amount in your piggy bank is available. If the amount is still "pending," you need to wait until the end of your stay to use it.
The rental price of the accommodation you want to book is at least 3 times higher than the value of your credit.
The arrival date of the stay is before September 30, 2025.

The credit in your piggy bank cannot be used retroactively and is only valid for a future reservation.
If your credit has expired, it means you haven't made a reservation for a while. But don't worry, if you book again with Vacansoleil on maeva.com, you will immediately receive a 10% cashback discount based on the value of your booked accommodation, valid for a future stay!
